I do offer a FREE 15-minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have in order to help you determine if I am the best fit for what you are looking for in a therapist.

Sessions can be in-person, via telehealth or a combination of the two depending upon what best fits your needs or schedule.

I do require a $100 deposit on first appointments only. This deposit is then applied toward the session fee for your first appointment. This deposit is refundable until 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you no show or cancel with less than 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time you will forfeit any refund on this deposit.

Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement:

I have partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.
Mentaya is perfect if you:
• Have out-of-network benefits
• Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance
• Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement
• Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!
Here's how it works:

2. I will enter your sessions into the platform.
3. Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.
4. You get reimbursed by insurance!
Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required, dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies.
It's risk-free: They guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or a full refund of their fees.​​​

You will pay the full session fee to me at the end of each session (through Simple Practice). Once my payment is received in full, I will then enter your session into the Mentaya platform, their 5% claim fee will be charged to you through their platform, and then Mentaya will file your insurance claim for you and any reimbursement they collect for your session will be sent directly to you.

All services are private pay and payment is required at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are:

Late Cancellation/No-Show Fees:
Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours (1 day) notice is required for re-scheduling or cancelling an appointment. Unless we reach a different agreement, the full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.
